You get 17-inch aluminum wheels, and body-colored front fascia, rear bumper, and door handles on the LT. Moving up to the Trail Boss adds black recovery hooks, black bowties, and 18-inch black-painted wheels.
Red recovery hooks and LED lighting, including headlights, taillights, and fog lights, highlight the Z71. On the ZR2, you get skid plates, rocker panel protectors, tailgate watertight lockable storage, and 17-inch wheels in gold and oxide graphite.
Engine (Power)
The same engine powers all five trims of the 2023 Chevy Colorado. The Colorado has a 2.7-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. You get 237 horsepower and 259 pound-feet of torque from this combination. The Trail Boss and Z71 feature an amped-up version of the same engine that delivers 310 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque. Colorado has cylinder deactivation that takes you down to two cylinders to reduce fuel usage, keeping you on the road longer between fill-ups.
