The 2025 Chevrolet Trailblazer combines sporty design with practical functionality in a subcompact SUV package. Available in four trim levels — LS, LT, ACTIV, and RS — this versatile vehicle offers a choice of two turbocharged engines and optional all-wheel drive to suit different driving needs. The base 1.2-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine, standard on the LS and front-wheel-drive LT models, generates 137 horsepower at 5,000 rpm and 162 pound-feet of torque at 2,500 rpm. This engine pairs with a continuously variable transmission and offers E85 fuel compatibility.
The upgraded 1.3-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine comes standard on LT AWD, ACTIV, and RS trims. It produces 155 horsepower at 5,600 rpm and 174 pound-feet of torque at 1,600 rpm, working with a nine-speed automatic transmission to balance performance and efficiency.
Performance
The 2025 Chevrolet Trailblazer delivers efficient performance across its lineup. The LS and LT models with FWD achieve 30 mpg in the city, 31 mpg on the highway, and 30 mpg combined. ACTIV and RS trims with AWD return 29 mpg in the city, 33 mpg on the highway, and 31 mpg combined.
