5 Innovations in the 2024 Chevy Trailblazer

The 2024 Chevy Trailblazer has innovative features that give it an edge in its class. Powered by a 1.3L turbo engine and with available AWD, the new Trailblazer handles great both in the city and on rugged trails. Take a closer look at the innovations of the 2024 Trailblazer.

1. Flexible Seating

The Trailblazer has a flexible four-seater cabin with comfortable seats. Tall passengers enjoy 39 inches of legroom and 38.4 inches of headroom in the back. The front row is roomy as well, with 40.9 inches of legroom. Cloth seats are standard, and there are optional comfort features like heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and an 8-way power-adjustable driver’s seat.

2. Versatile Cargo Options

The Trailblazer’s cargo area is flexible and easy to use. Standard cargo volume is 25.3 cubic feet, which is more than enough for luggage, groceries, and sports equipment. The 60/40 split-folding rear seat folds down to increase the cargo volume to 54.4 cubic feet. The front passenger seat can also be folded down flat to create space for long items up to 8.5 feet. 

3. Large Displays

One of the most exciting upgrades in the 2024 Trailblazer is the display setup. While the 2023 Trailblazer had a 7-inch display, the 2024 model now comes standard with an 11-inch color touchscreen display. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto let you connect your smartphone and access music, podcasts, and apps.

Bluetooth audio streaming and voice commands are also enabled, and there is a Wi-Fi hotspot. Up front, an 8-inch digital instrument cluster displays key vehicle info like speed, fuel range, tire pressure, and warning lights.

4. Enhanced Off-Road Capability

All Trailblazers are available with an AWD drivetrain that makes off-roading a breeze. But if you love venturing off the beaten path, ACTIV is the trim for you. It’s equipped with 17-inch wheels, a functional skid plate, and an off-road-tuned suspension that improves handling on rough trails.

5. Advanced Safety Features

Chevy Safety Assist comes standard in all trim levels to keep you and your loved ones safe. It helps prevent collisions using features like forward collision alert, automatic emergency braking, front pedestrian braking, and lane keep assist.

You also get a following distance indicator and automatic high beams. Teen driver technology comes as standard to help teenagers maintain safety while driving. Rear cross-traffic alert with side blind zone alert is available in higher trims.
